DZ-WB Invites You To Get Smart About Customer Relationship Management
CRM users from IBM, Cisco and others to gather at San Francisco's Commonwealth Club

SAN FRANCISCO -- December 5, 2001 - The Business Internet Group of San Francisco (DZ-WB), a networking organization of nearly 2,000 financial, sales and marketing executives from the technology industry, is pleased to announce its next panel discussion, "It's The Customer, Stupid." The discussion will feature customers of CRM software including Alan Bianchi of Cisco Systems, Cher de Rossiter of IBM, Sue Dubman of Oncology Therapeutics Networks, Lorne Wilson of Fujitsu, and others as they address their current and future CRM implementation plans. Moderated by Forbes Magazine Sr. Editor Quentin Hardy, the panel of experts will address important issues facing CRM users in their effort to build meaningful and profitable customer relationships. "It's The Customer, Stupid" is the second in a four-part series focusing on CRM.
